At MoroccoByHand, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be approved or rejected
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (PayPal or your bank)
  3. Wait a few days for processing time

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours through our Contact Us page.

We will offer a replacement or full refund.
